Waste Harmonics Keter is pleased to welcome Luiz Verzegnassi as Chief Executive Officer, effective August 17, 2026.
His appointment marks an important next step for Waste Harmonics Keter as the company continues to grow its national footprint, strengthen customer partnerships, and invest in the technology, people, and services that make complex waste and recycling programs easier to manage.
Verzegnassi also joins the Waste Harmonics Keter Board of Directors. His appointment was announced by the company and covered by industry publications including Waste Today and Business Wire.
Experienced Leadership for a Growing Organization
Verzegnassi brings extensive global leadership experience across operations, customer service, technology-enabled services, and business transformation.
He joins Waste Harmonics Keter from GE HealthCare, where he most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company's Services Division. Prior to that role, he held a range of leadership positions within GE HealthCare and previously worked with Acument Global Technologies, Volkswagen, and Ford Motor Company.
That experience leading large, complex service organizations aligns closely with where Waste Harmonics Keter is today and where the company is headed next.
“Luiz is a proven leader with an impressive track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation at scale. His experience leading large, complex organizations, and commitment to customer success make him exceptionally well positioned to lead Waste Harmonics Keter into its next chapter.”
Scott Gilbertson, Chairman of the Board
The appointment also brings new leadership to a company focused on expanding not only its reach, but the value it can create for customers.
“Luiz brings the kind of leadership experience that aligns incredibly well with where Waste Harmonics Keter is headed. As we continue to grow, our opportunity is not just to reach more customers, but to create more value for them through stronger partnerships, smarter solutions, and a consistently high level of service. I'm excited about what we can build together in this next chapter.”

Building on More Than Two Decades of Growth
Waste Harmonics Keter's story has always been one of steady growth and evolution.
What began in 2001 as a regional, technology-focused waste services company has grown into a national managed services partner supporting some of the largest companies in the country. Today, Waste Harmonics Keter supports more than 700 customers across 29,000+ locations in North America.
The combination of Waste Harmonics and Keter Environmental further expanded that reach, creating one of North America's largest independent managed waste services providers.
Throughout that growth, the company's focus has remained consistent: helping customers take the complexity out of waste management.
Waste Harmonics Keter combines high-touch service with data-driven, technology-enabled programs to help customers manage waste and recycling across large and often complex operations. Its capabilities include managed waste and recycling, program optimization, recycling and diversion, equipment and compactor services, reporting and sustainability, and proprietary monitoring technologies.
That combination of people, expertise, and technology is central to the company's approach. Waste Harmonics Keter's broader brand strategy positions the company as a managed waste solutions provider, with an emphasis on real expertise, proactive service, transparency, and responsiveness.
Continuing to Invest in Customer Success
As CEO, Verzegnassi will lead Waste Harmonics Keter as the company continues investing in advanced technology, analytics, and service capabilities designed to simplify complex waste operations and support customers' environmental and business objectives.
That next phase builds on a service model designed to give customers greater visibility and control without adding more work to their teams.
For multi-site organizations, waste and recycling can involve dozens or even hundreds of vendors, service schedules, invoices, waste streams, and local requirements. Waste Harmonics Keter brings those moving pieces together under one managed program, combining centralized oversight with responsive, hands-on support.
Technology plays an important role in that model, but it works alongside people. Monitoring, reporting, and analytics help identify opportunities to improve service and control costs, while dedicated teams help customers respond quickly when operational needs change.
That people-first approach is especially important to the teams responsible for supporting Waste Harmonics Keter customers every day.
“What stands out about Luiz is his focus on the customer experience and the people responsible for delivering it. Our clients count on us to take complexity off their plates, respond when they need us, and continuously improve their programs. I'm excited to have a leader who understands how important that level of service is as we continue to grow.”
Scott Wolff, Head of Sales, Waste Harmonics Keter
That focus on responsive, high-touch service remains central to how Waste Harmonics Keter differentiates itself. As the company grows, the goal is not simply to expand its reach, but to continue strengthening the expertise, accountability, and customer relationships behind every program.
Looking Ahead
For Verzegnassi, the opportunity ahead is centered on building on the company's existing strengths while continuing to expand the value it delivers to customers.
“I am honored to join Waste Harmonics Keter at such an exciting time in the Company's evolution. The team has built an exceptional reputation for delivering reliable waste management services, helping organizations to operate more efficiently. I look forward to working with the Board and our talented team to strengthen our market leadership, deepen customer partnerships, and continue delivering measurable value through technology, sustainability, and service.”
Luiz Verzegnassi, Chief Executive Officer, Waste Harmonics Keter
Those priorities reflect the same principles that have helped Waste Harmonics Keter grow: combining expertise, innovation, and responsive service to make waste and recycling easier for customers to manage.
As Waste Harmonics Keter enters this next chapter, the company remains focused on helping organizations simplify complex programs, improve visibility, operate more efficiently, and spend less time managing waste.
