Commercial wood & pallet removal and recycling, managed across every location
From pallets and crates to clean lumber and packaging wood, Waste Harmonics Keter handles wood removal and recycling as a single managed partner. One point of contact, one invoice, documentation you can defend.
Wood piles up by the pallet-load, and most of it can be recovered, not dumped
Warehouses, DCs, and plants churn through pallets and packaging wood constantly, and it's bulky, awkward, and expensive to dispose of one site at a time. Yet pallets are reusable and clean wood is recoverable, so much of what gets hauled to landfill didn't need to be.
We make wood and pallet removal simple and consistent everywhere you operate, and route the recoverable share to reuse instead of the dumpster.
The wood we remove and recycle
We manage the full range of commercial wood, from pallets and crates to clean lumber offcuts and packaging, across every location. Recovery splits on clean vs. treated; we separate the recoverable from what needs special handling.

How WHK manages your wood program
We start by mapping what you generate across every location, then standardize your program with one cadence and vetted recyclers everywhere. Scheduled pickups come with chain-of-custody records, and your materials are processed responsibly with diversion and activity rolled into one report.
Assess
We map your wood and pallet volume by site, types, current haulers, and costs.
Standardize
One program: right-sized service, pallet recovery and clean-wood separation where it enables reuse, vetted recyclers across every site.
Collect & document
Scheduled pickups with weight/count and chain-of-custody records.
Recycle & report
Pallets routed to reuse where rebates may apply, and clean wood to recovery where pathways exist; diversion and activity rolled into one report.
Simplify, save, and optimize

Simplify
One managed partner across every location; we wrangle the haulers, pallet recovery, recyclers, and paperwork.

Save
Right-sized service and consolidated billing cut cost, and recovering pallets and clean wood replaces disposal fees with reuse.

Optimize
Weight/count, diversion data, and reporting that stand up to audit and feed ESG goals.
A broker hands your assets to whoever's cheapest and disappears. We own
the outcome. Vetted recyclers, real people, full accountability
Where your wood actually goes
Recoverable pallets are routed to repair and reuse; clean wood goes to mulch, biomass, or board markets, keeping it out of landfill and giving you auditable diversion data. Treated and engineered wood that can't be recovered is managed responsibly, and we tell you which is which.
Responsible routing
Pallets routed to repair and reuse; clean wood to mulch, biomass, or board markets.
Auditable recovery
Weight/count and diversion data you can take to audit, ESG review, and corporate reporting.

Invoice, one standard
Built for high-volume wood & pallet generators
Distribution & warehousing, manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, furniture & cabinetry, and construction trades, anywhere pallets and wood accumulate fast across many locations and need one consistent program.
Why multi-site operators trust WHK
We don't broker your program. We own the relationship at every location you operate, which means we're answerable for what happens from pickup to final processing.
Materials are routed to the right recovery or reuse facilities within our network, with diversion and activity documented and rolled into your program report.
Consolidated data across all locations rolls into one report. No piecing together invoices from five different vendors or explaining gaps in your diversion numbers to auditors.
We own your program end to end, not as a broker passing you between vendors.
FAQ
Common questions about our program and services.
Yes, one managed program, consistent service, one invoice across every site nationwide.
Pallets are reusable and have a repair/resale market, so high-volume sites may recover value. Contact us to discuss what applies to your program.
Clean, untreated wood and 48x40 pallets recover into mulch, biomass, or board; treated, painted, and engineered wood usually can't and may need special handling. We separate the recoverable from the rest.
Some treated wood is regulated. It's identified and handled separately, not recycled.
Framing and demolition lumber is handled under our Construction & Demolition stream.
