Stamford, CT & Temecula, CA – April 4, 2022 - Keter Environmental Services (“Keter”), a recycling and waste managed services company focused on providing first-class sustainable solutions, today announced the acquisition of Link International Inc. (“Link International” or “Link”), a leading provider of environmental sustainability solutions to organizations reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills. Link services customers in various industries, including distribution, food, manufacturing, retail, and others.

“Link International’s unique digital platform for industrial end markets, its focus on ESG reporting, and its customer mix are highly complementary to Keter’s business,” said Santiago Perez, CEO of Keter. “The team at Link has built strong relationships with heads of sustainability and operations at several large and growing companies across a variety of industries. Those customers continue to trust Link to provide top-quality sustainability solutions and detailed metrics that allow them to achieve their ESG goals. We are excited to welcome Link’s team and its customers to Keter Environmental Services.”

“Keter is perfectly aligned with our mission to transform corporate sustainability goals into action,” said Joel Walker, President and Co-Founder of Link International. “We are excited to leverage the breadth and depth of Keter’s existing platform to provide our customers with access to an expanded and enhanced offering. Together with Keter, we look forward to delivering exceptional sustainable recycling and waste programs that support our customers’ leadership in ESG.”

Established in 2008, Link has created and deployed cost-effective environmental sustainability solutions for organizations that want to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills. Link consolidates and manages vendors for all waste streams, saving time and money on billing and service requests. Link’s third-party certification process provides an objective look at a company’s waste streams and helps hold recycling end-sites accountable. Through an innovative reporting system, Link manages waste and recycling programs across more than 15 states and provides greater transparency through every step of the process.

With the acquisition of Link, Keter continues to execute on its long-term growth strategy following a significant investment from TPG Growth in November 2021. In December 2021, the company announced the acquisition of M-PASS Environmental, an Atlanta-based independent waste and recycling management solutions company. In January, Santiago Perez, a 30-year veteran of the industrial and technology services sector, was named the CEO of Keter.
